How tier movement works.
- Tier is reviewed every Monday at 00:00 IST.
- Movement is based on total stake, not net win or loss.
- Down-tiering only happens after 30 days of inactivity.
- Tier-specific promo codes appear in the wallet tab when earned.
- The VIP manager can review edge cases on request.
Common VIP questions
How is the monthly reward calculated?
Reward = 0.4% of total stake in the prior 30 days, capped at the tier maximum. The figure is shown in the VIP tab of the app.
Is the VIP programme optional?
Yes. You can opt out from the VIP tab and continue using the standard wallet and promotions without tier benefits.
Where do I see my current tier?
Open the side menu inside the app and tap VIP. The current tier and the next tier threshold are both visible.
What happens if I am inactive for 30 days?
Tier movement is paused but the tier is not downgraded during inactivity. Resuming play restores the previous tier.
