How to submit a notice

If you believe that material on this product profile infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent below. The notice must contain the six elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

What the notice must contain

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised agent.
