Terms of Use.

The rules that govern use of Bingo 101: eligibility, KYC, deposits and withdrawals, bonus terms, prohibited conduct, self-exclusion, and dispute resolution.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to install and play.
You must be located in a jurisdiction where real-money online gaming is permitted.
One account per person. Duplicate accounts are closed on detection.
Employees of the operator and their immediate family are not eligible.

KYC and withdrawals

KYC is required before any withdrawal. PAN for Indian residents; address document for cumulative withdrawals above ₹10,000 in a day.
KYC documents are reviewed within 48 hours of upload.
Withdrawals are processed to the original deposit method where possible.
INR withdrawals settle via UPI or IMPS within one business day after KYC clears.

Bonuses

Each promotion publishes its own wagering requirement before you confirm.
Active bonuses are forfeit on withdrawal.
Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, stake-pattern exploitation) results in bonus removal and account review.

Prohibited conduct

Use of automated play, bots, or shared-decision tools.
Collusion across accounts.
Use of stolen payment instruments.
Money laundering or structuring deposits to evade KYC thresholds.

Self-exclusion

You can request self-exclusion from the side menu inside the app, or by contacting /contact/. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the period you select (30 days, 6 months, or 5 years). The account is closed and the balance is returned via the original deposit method after KYC.

Disputes

Disputes are first handled by the support desk. Unresolved disputes are escalated to the Grievance Officer. We participate in good-faith dispute resolution under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
