How we use it

To operate the game, calculate ranks, distribute prizes, and resolve support tickets.
To meet KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations under Indian law.
To detect fraud, bonus abuse, and account-takeover attempts.
To publish anonymised analytics (no personal identifiers).

Retention

Account data: lifetime of the account, plus 7 years after closure for financial records.
KYC data: 7 years from the date of upload, in line with financial-records rules.
Gameplay data: 24 months.
Analytics data: 13 months, anonymised.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, request correction of inaccurate data, or request account closure. Submit a request via the support chat at /contact/. Identity verification is required before data export.
